1. What data we receive

Only what you enter in the website forms yourself:

• product or raw-material request: company or name, who you are, what you need, product, volume, city, phone, email, comment;
• dealer application: company, city, phone, current brands, volume, comment;
• question to a technologist: name, phone, question and, optionally, a photo;
• supply offer: company, country, contact person, email, phone, website, description of the offer.

2. Why

To respond to your request: recommend a product, give the price and availability, discuss supply or cooperation. We do not use this data for mailings without your separate consent and we do not sell it.

3. Where it is stored and who sees it

Requests are stored in the website management system and are available only to the staff of the departments that handle them. The website uses these services:

• Vercel — website hosting and file storage;
• Neon — website database;
• Resend — sending the request notification to the department’s email;
• Telegram — notifying staff about a new request;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protecting forms from automated submissions;
• Vercel Analytics and Yandex Metrica — anonymised visit statistics.

4. Technical data

To fight spam we store an irreversible hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, only to limit the number of requests from one address. The website remembers your chosen colour theme in your browser. Analytics services may use cookies; you can disable them in your browser settings.

5. How long we keep it

As long as the request is needed to respond and to keep working with you, but no longer than the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan allows.
